1. Do prices include taxes?
Yes. All prices on our website are VAT prices.

2. What is the purchase proof?
The proof of purchase is an invoice with a buyer  or company name. 

3. Is it safe to use a credit card while shopping at LAAS shop?
Yes, we use a secure SSL connection.

4. How can I make a purchase order if I am not in Poland?
Follow the purchase steps as indicated. Your bank will automatically make the exchange to your country’s currency.

5. I see a product but I can't add it to my cart. What am I going to do?
It means that we don't have an item in the store right now. Please contact us via e-mail: info@laas-furniture.eu for information about availability.

6. Can a product be changed or returned?
Yes. You can change or return your product within 14 days with no explanation given. You can find details in § 6 Terms and Conditions available here.

7. Do I need any tools to prepare furniture to be ready to use?
No. Our furniture is ready to use. The only thing you will need to do is to get it out of the box.

8. What is the purchase procedure?
Very simple:

a. First of all, check our products range to know which fits your needs best. Then choose the wood material, quantity and check the availability. You can also personalize your furniture by adding an inscription or initials. Then push the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button.

You can add as many products as you like out of those available in our store.

b. If you are ready to order please push the "PURCHASE" button in the shopping cart. It will move you to the order form.

c. In the order form fill in your address, choose shipment and payment method. Select all needed clauses. You can find a link to the Terms and Conditions site in the footer. Please read it carefully.

d. If you are in a possession of our discount code, please type it in the window on the right side of the page, if you have any additional comments please them in the "Add comments to order" window.

e.If you are sure that provided data is correct please push the "PURCHASE AND PAY" button. Your order will be confirmed and you will be automatically moved to the payment page if chosen.

f. If everything is correct you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

ATTENTION: Receiving an order confirmation doesn't mean that we have added the order to our workshop queue. You will receive another message about that from our shop.

9. Why am I not receiving any confirmation email after my purchase?
You should always receive a purchase confirmation e-mail.
If you do not, please check if you have an e-mail from LAAS no-reply@shoplo.com in your spam and/or bulk mail folders.

10. When will be the parcel delivered?
Delivery time can vary due to the product and/or destination.

Estimated delivery time is added to the product page. If you have ordered more than 1 product we can send them together or separately.

Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day.

If you have paid by a bank transfer, we will not begin processing the order until the funds are booked on our acount.

11. How do I return a product?
Our product return procedure is described in § 6 Terms and Conditions available here.

12. What happens if I receive a faulty item?
All LAAS products have a 2-years warranty. The faulty item procedure is described in § 7 Terms and Conditions available here.

13. My furniture is damaged and the warranty has expired. What am I going to do?
It is very unlikely, but if so, please contact us.
It might be an easy-to-fix  problem such as a replacement of a broken part.

14. Do you produce any other furniture like shelves or chest of drawers?
We produce multifunctional kids furniture. All of our products can be found on the page PRODUCTS. If you order any furniture item in our online shop we should be able to produce other individually ordered items in the same colour and finish. 15. Do you produce furniture in other colours?
Our furniture is produced in natural colour of Oak, Ash, and European walnut woods. Particularly we do not attempts to change natural beauty of wood by adding paint. But If you have some special request with regrds to our collection, please contact us via e-mail: info@laas-furniture.eu

16. How can you deliver the table?
We can deliver it on EPAL by DHL parcel or by our own transport.

17. How secure is the furniture during delivery?
The furniture is packed into a durable 5-layer cardboard box and stretch foil. Tables are packed into an OSB box.

18. How to clean and take care of oiled furniture?
For wiping from time to time you can use a soft or moist pad. Any excess of moisture should be wiped off immediately with a paper towel or dry cloth.

19. My furniture has strange discolouration.
Wood is material with natural individual features like colour, graining, knots or discolouration and it should not be recognized as a fault.
