2. DATA PROTECTION INSPECTOR

Our company does not process your personal data in a way that requires appointing a Data Protection Inspector.

3. THE DATA WE COLLECT

The data you provide will be processed, on the basis of your prior consent, for the following purposes:

a) to allow the conclusion of a Sales Contract through the Store (legal basis: art.6. 1.b. of the GDPR):

- your name and surname, domicile address are needed to ship the product

- your telephone number is needed to :

• clarify or correct the details of an order (color, finish, engraving on product, etc.)

• for delivery purposes (if the courier needs to contact you)

- your e-mail address is needed to keep you informed on the status of your order.

b) to execute the Sales Contract in regards to returns and complaints (legal basis: art.6. 1.b. of the GDPR).It means the data will be kept until the purchased product is the subject to refund (in the case of withdrawal) or for the warranty period.

c) To promote our products/ for marketing purposes (legal basis: art.6. 1.a. of the GDPR). It means, we will be entitled to send out promotional or commercial information by newsletter ( if you have given your prior consent to this)

d) for internal Company analyses (legal basis: art. 6.f. of the GDPR), e.g. we collect the information from which country or region our clients come from for marketing strategies.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

In relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in point 3, your personal data may be made available to other recipients or categories of recipients. In this case, the personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients:

a) Shoplo (the online store platform we use), together with accompanying services,

b) Delivery services: epaka, DPD, Polish post and others

c) e-commerce payment systems: PayPal

d) i-firma.pl- the platform used to prepare purchase documents,

e) accountancy office akonto.com.pl, which handling our Company bookkeeping,

f) other smaller entities that may process Clients' personal data based on the data processing agreement concluded with the Company

g) our IT service providers

5. SECURING PERSONAL DATA

We make every effort to ensure your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. We are constantly implementing new security systems such as SSL or two-factor authentication. The passwords to our accounts and platforms are encrypted.

6. DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

We shall process your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the performance of tasks indicated in point 3 i.e.:

a) to fulfill a Sales Contract obligation for the period required by law or to secure possible claims,

b) for marketing purposes to promote our products and services, until withdrawal of your consent for receiving the newsletter.

c) for internal Company analyses until analytical activities are carried out or if you object to such processing

7. YOUR RIGHTS

With regard to the processing of your personal data by us you have the right to request :

a) access your personal data pursuant to art. 15 of the GDPR

b) correct your personal data pursuant to art. 16 of the RODO Regulation,

c) erase your personal data, pursuant to art. 17 of the GDPR,

d) for your personal data processing to be limited pursuant to art. 18 of the GDPR,

e) file the protest against your personal data processing, pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR,

f) transfer your personal data pursuant to art. 20 of the GDPR.

8. PROFILING

We state that we're not making automated decisions based on profiling referred to in art. 22. 1 and 4 of the GDPR. We do not use such profiling.

9. COMPLAINTS

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.

10. CONSEQUENCES OF THE PERSONAL DATA BREACH

Providing us with your personal data when using the website is voluntary. In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to request access your personal data we process about you, rectification, erasure or limitation of processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the General Data Protection Regulation is violated.

By accepting the Regulation, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data by us.

You always will have the option to change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time.

We will store the data until withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data and after such withdrawal, until the expiry of the limitation period for claims.
